It’s ALIIIIVE! First pics of Heidi Montag in a bikini since plastic surgery!

Heidi Montag shows off her new beach body in a self-designed bikini as she hosts the grand opening of the Liquid Pool Lounge at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. It is the first time the “The Hills” star and singer has been photographed in a bikini since undergoing 10 cosmetic procedures in one day late last year. The 23-year-old star underwent a mini brow lift, Botox in her brow and frownline area, a nose job revision, fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, chin reduction, neck liposuction, had her ears pinned back, a breast augmentation revision, liposuction on her waist, hips and inner and outer thighs, a “back scoop” and a buttock augmentation.

If you thought a nose job and breast enhancement were enough to make Heidi Montag happy, think again. The Hills star covers People magazine this week alongside the headline "Addicted to Plastic Surgery," accompanied by an article claiming she has many more plans to go under the knife.

The 23-year-old reality gal told the magazine that she underwent a shocking 10 surgeries in one day, on November 20, without even telling her family about it. She added, "For the past three years, I've thought about what to have done. I'm beyond obsessed."

People wouldn't give the full story on its website to encourage folks to pick up this week's issue, but the magazine cover references a breast enlargement (another one?), a chin reduction and a nose surgery.

In their coverage of the story, PopEater notes that Montag "kicked off" her plastic surgery adventures back in 2007, when she completely re-vamped her image. The celeb site also included this music video of the budding pop star performing her tune "Blackout," which features Heidi writhing around in a bikini showing off her new assets.
