Ojani Noa may be a total unknown, and his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez one of the world's most successful entertainers. But that's not about to keep him down.
Noa, via his agent, is promising to make intimate sex tapes / home videos of the star public next week, despite the star's attempts to block him in court.
"Jennifer Lopez does not want these videos to be entered into open court, where the media and the public can obtain copies of them and watch or share them," said Ed Meyer, Noa's agent. "I will be filing the videos into public court record Monday."
J. Lo filed a $10 million lawsuit against Ojani Noa this month and wants a permanent court order barring her ex-husband from releasing their sex tape.
She also blocked Noa's similar efforts in 2004.
A court order currently in place until December 1 prevents Noa from leaking the video. But December 1 is Tuesday, and Meyer also disputes that ruling.
Meyer emailed J. Lo's counsel (and the media) saying he'll "be filing ALL, repeat ALL, Documents, 11 hours + of Home Videos, DVDs, Photographs, etc."
Published reports say the J. Lo sex tape contains images of her motorcycle without pants and also show an argument with her mother. Possibly naked.

If recent reports are to be believed, Jon Gosselin's day in court with TLC could end with him losing more than just ca$h money - try custody of his eight kids.
That's because a Jon Gosselin sex tape scandal and allegations of cocaine use are about ready to erupt, according to the always reputable National Enquirer.
The source reporting the alleged romp? Bodyguard Thomas Meinelt, who was subpoenaed to testify in Jon's court battle with TLC over breach of contract.
Meinelt claims he saw Jon snort cocaine and has watched Jon's secret sex tape. The lucky, obviously average-looking female co-star has not been named.
However, Stephanie Santoro, Jon's ex-nanny and alleged plaything, says she's heard about the Jon Gosselin sex tape as well - and it's from last month!
"Tom told me that Jon was secretly videotaped having sex with a woman in Los Angeles in October, and he's seen the tape! Tom said people close to Jon put a camera in his hotel room, and paid a girl to flirt with Jon and have sex with him."
Sounds like the Erin Andrews peephole video. Only with Jon Gosselin. Gross.
Santoro added: "He also told me he saw Jon snort cocaine on more than one occasion, and that the more Jon got into partying, the more cocaine he used!"
Okay, so, let's sum up this tall tale:
* Jon's girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, was not the one having sex with Jon on the alleged sex tape, some random girl was, and she was paid to do so.
* Who paid her, and why, is not clear.
* Jon's bodyguard apparently has nothing better to do than watch Jon bone girls on tape, then have conversations with Stephanie Santoro about it.
* Jon snorts a lot of f*%king coke.

A judge has granted Jennifer Lopez's request for a temporary restraining order to stop distribution of intimate home video footage, according to reports.
Her private moments with her ex will remain a mystery - for now.
The restraining order to halt the release of the tape will remain in effect until a hearing is held to determine if the order should be extended.
J. Lo has filed a lawsuit against ex-husband Ojani Noa over a tell-all movie about their marriage, which includes footage of her "in a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room from [her and Noa's] honeymoon."
He threatened two years ago to write a tell-all unless he was paid $5 million.
Instead, a judge awarded Jennifer Lopez $545,000 and quashed the book, which he ruled violated a 2004 deal not to publish details of their relationship.
Lopez's team calls the movie an "outrageous attempt" to make money after he agreed to a settlement "for which he was paid substantial compensation."
Not sure if that would be a hot seller or not, but you've got to give Ojani Noa credit for keeping this sex tape around long enough to try to cash in!

Well, in her new tell-all book, she also blames "society" for her actions.
An entire passage of the waste of oxygen's memoir is dedicated to sexuality, and how our society's values do not value it appropriately. Here are her sage words:
"Unfortunately, pornography has become mainstream. It rushes at us daily through big screens, portable screens; soft core porn is on mainstreamed TV cable stations, while hard core porn is just a mouse click away on the Internet."
"The envelope of what seems acceptable in our society seems to get pushed farther and farther as more and more people are exposed to this kind of material."
"The result is girls growing up in a culture where it is hard to have an innocent, healthy, normal view of themselves, how they should behave, how they should act, and how they should dress. Our bodies are temples of the Lord."

That's all well and good, except for two points:
1. She is famous for being in BEAUTY PAGEANTS.
2. Go ahead and blame the good ol' U.S.A. for its lack of moral values, but society didn't produce the Carrie Prejean sex tape. That was a (graphic) solo job.
