Lil Wayne Goes To Jail

How can he be so lucky? Lil Wayne’s sentencing has been delayed yet again for the third time! As we previously reported, the rapper was supposed to be in prison last month but it was delayed because he had to undergo dental surgery. The next court date was supposed to be on March 2 but a sudden fire at the New York Criminal Court building caused the sentencing to be pushed back…again! Now, the court sentencing will take place on Monday the 8th of March. The famous rapper will be spending a year in prison but might end up spending 8 months only due to good behavior, so behave yourself Lil Wayne! Usually if a person was found guilty of gun possession they would be put on probation but that is not applicable in New York where only law-enforcement officials and those affiliated with authorities can carry weapons. So, is Lil Wayne qualified in any of those categories? Obviously he’s not. He is just a rapper protecting himself. Been lucky enough to get a reprieve, Lil Wayne made a surprise appearance at the Madison Square Garden where he went on the stage with Young Jeezy. The fans were so happy to see him because it would probably be the last time until next year, that’s if nothing happens on Monday! If another postponement happens, I’ll be convinced some force doesn’t want him to go to jail! What do you guys think of this story?

Man Arrested For Threatening Elton John

A Georgia man has been arrested for threatening to kill Elton John following the singer's statement suggesting that Jesus Christ was a "compassionate, super-intelligent gay man."

Neal Horsley, 65, posted a video on YouTube that shows him standing in front of John's Atlanta apartment building holding a sign that reads "Elton John Must Die." Horsley is a known anti-abortion activist and was reportedly running for Governor under a political party he formed called the Creator's Rights Party.

Horsley was captured by authorities in the Atlanta suburb of Carrollton, Georgia, and is currently being held on $40,000 bail.

"We're here today to remind Elton John that he has to die," Horsley said in the video. "What Elton John has done is desecrated the image of the Lord Jesus Christ, blasphemed the Lord Jesus Christ."

Meanwhile, Elton John is currently preparing for his upcoming spring tour, set to kick off later this month in South Africa. The "Rocket Man" will return stateside for a string of dates starting on April 6 at the AmeriBank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Tila Tequila Suing Everyone

Tila Tequila is going to sue everyone…everyone who doesn’t like her, that is. Tila has been acting a bit different lately…from getting over the death of her fiance Casey Johnson quickly, to getting married to the father of her baby to adopting a Russian baby. And those are just the high lights of the last four months!

Tila likes the spotlight, we all know that! From Monsters and Critics:

She launched a Facebook tirade that included the comment: ‘There are a TON of haters who have made at least 7 websites all dedicated to every minute of my life, making false allegations, calling me a liar, saying I am stealing people’s money for my charity, that I am not pregnant, etc, etc, etc.’
Tequila, a reality television star, said she had sent cease and desist letters to all of the said websites through her lawyers.

Oh boy. Are there really seven sites, just dedicated to Tila? I don’t think she really wants them to cease writing about her, she just wants better press coverage. What do you think?

Audrina Patridge Stalker in Jail

At first I think, “hey it’s flattering to have a stalker”, but then when the stalker keeps coming around your house even on a restraining order, you have to finally draw the line. 

“The Hills” star Audrina Patridge has a similar stalker to mine, except Audrina’s stalker draws her pictures and brings them to the door of her home. 

I love when people draw pictures of me! It’s flattering and sweet! I guess Audrina doesn’t like the dude’s drawings, or maybe the repetitive visits to her home while he’s already on a restraining order bother her. 

Audrina called the cops this morning, and had stalker Zachary Loring arrested for coming over and knocking on her door again! Los Angeles Sarge Kyle Kirkman said he arrested Loring for “suspicion of stalking and violating a court order.”
Jail records state that Loring is being held on a $150,000 bail

The guy who was led out of "American Idol" in handcuffs on last night's show got a lucky break after the cameras stopped rolling -- producers let the guy off the hook.

gg has learned 28-year-old Jarrod Norrell -- who was manhandled by security when he refused to leave his audition -- was escorted out of the Orlando, Florida building ... but did not go to jail.

Cops tell , that at the request of "A.I." producers, Norrell only received a threat -- meaning that if he returned to the auditions he would have been arrested.

Fortunately, he never went back.

Michael Jackson's dad, Joe Jackson, has subpoenaed medical records from the UCLA Medical Center because he seems to think they hold other information about his son's death, including possible foul play.

Joe and his lawyers are asking for medical records, autopsy reports, autopsy photos, medications and prognosis assessments.

The patriarch of the Jackson family says that the entire family is behind his decision and they all believe the information is vital to exposing foul play in Michael's death.

MJ's estate lawyer Howard Weitzman is claiming the the subpoenas for the documents violate the late King of Pop's rights of privacy and doctor-patient confidentiality.

We're not sure what to think, but with Joe Jackson involved, who knows what the real motive could be

Take a journey back to September, when Posh failed to hand over a tip after a meal at the Medieval Times dinner theater in Southern California -- only sending the required gratuity after we reported her trifling ways on our webeth site.

Tuesday night, we're told the honorable Posh, accompanied by her husband Sir David Beckham, did nay make the same mistake again -- this time, the couple not only pre-paid the tip, but also left extra coin for their servers after the meal was completed.

LA Pushes To Get Repaid For $3M Michael Jackson Memorial

LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

The Los Angeles city attorney says he’s still seeking reimbursement of the $3 million the city spent for the Michael Jackson memorial — even though a report says there was no law at the time forcing a payback.

The City Council’s Public Safety Committee on Monday will review the report that shows Los Angeles spent $3.2 million on the July memorial at Staples Center, including $2 million in police overtime. It also says the memorial gave the local economy a $4 million boost.

The report says there was no ordinance in place in July that required Staples owner AEG to reimburse the city. However, City Attorney Carmen Trutanich is still pursuing reimbursement.

Jackson died June 25 in a rented Los Angeles mansion.

Tila Tequila Sues Ex: The Brute Bruised Me

Tila Tequila is letting her bruises do the talking in a lawsuit she just filed against her ex, NFL star Shawne Merriman.

Tila claims Shawne grabbed her, shook her like a rag doll, threw he down and choked her during an argument last September. Tila says the San Diego Chargers linebacker had a bad temper combined with a drug problem, and that he humiliated her because of her bi-sexuality.

In the lawsuit, Tila's lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad, included a photo gallery (above) showing the disparity in height and weight (Tila -- 4'11", 93 lbs. Shawne -- 6'4", 280 lbs). The photos also show bruising on her arms, which Tila says is courtesy of Shawne.

The San Diego County D.A. declined to file criminal charges.

Tila's suit -- for assault, battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress -- seeks unspecified damages.
