Britney Spears made her way out of the Bel-Air Bar and Grill coffee express in Beverly Hills, California today with a Frappuccino in hand.

Boyfriend Jason Trawick who carried a bag out from the Bar joined Britney on her day out. Britney then made her way over to a salon for the second day in a row.

Later in the day, she made her way out of the salon with yet another coffee drink in hand. The pop princess then let her hair down and grabbed a meal at a local Calabasas, California Subway but this time Jason was no where to be seen.

“Britney wanted to focus her attentions on a new hobby and that’s massage… Now she has undergone a herbal detox and had a three-hour class about what oils work on various skin conditions.

We don't think frappuccinos fall under herbal and alternative medicines.

Britney's Rig Flips Down Under

Britney Spears has lost it -- and by that, we mean all her touring equipment.

TMZ has learned a bus carrying all off Britney's tour equipment rolled off the road in Parkes, New South Wales in Australia.

According to police there, it happened around 4:30 PM during a bad storm. The winds became too strong and blew the truck off the road, rolling it over.

Police say the driver
was taken to the hospital, but the equipment was undamaged.

So Britney has all the tools to lip sync tonight at the Rod Laver Arena tonight.

Additionally, the app features a "Shake Shake Shake" feature in which Britney says "It's Britney Bitch!" every time the user shakes their iPhone or iPod Touch.

We take it back, we'd pay $1.99 for that in a nanosecond. Although we'd prefer a Jon Gosselin app that says "I'm a douche" everytime you shake your phone.

Britney Spears’ lip-synced shows are causing controversy in Australia - one of the country’s leading politicians is urging ticket agencies to warn fans when artists plan to lip-sync.

Spears is currently performing Down Under as part of her Circus world tour, but critics have slammed the star for failing to sing live during the shows.

Now the New South Wales Minister for Fair Trading, Virginia Judge, has waded into the debate - insisting ticket agencies should publish a disclaimer to stop gig-goers feeling cheated when an artist fails to provide any live vocals.

Judge has branded Spears’ shows a “Mickey Mouse performance”, adding: “Let’s be clear - live means live. If you are spending up to $200, I think you deserve better than a film clip. Australian fans might be excited that Britney Spears is embarking on her first tour down under – but Australian officials are not happy about the singer using pre-recorded tracks during her “Circus” tour.

According to People, Virginia Judge, the Minister for Fair Trading for New South Wales has said she is considering various options to ensure that fans know what they’re getting when they go see Britney in concert.

“It is Britney’s ‘prerogative’ to lip-sync, and it is my job to make sure consumers know what they are paying for up front,” Judge said.

An idea that is being considered by Australian officials is a disclaimer on tickets and other promotional materials stating that certain portions of her concert will be pre-recorded.

“Personally I would rather see a live set from a local artist,” Judge added, “but I am sure Britney’s fans will be treated to a spectacular show.”

Despite the lip-synching uproar, many of Britney’s shows in Australia are already sold out. She kicks off her first night down under on Friday in Perth.
